We hold your hand from pre-pregnancy through postpartum to help you wade through waters of welcoming new life into the world. From helping you find the right care providers for your family, to navigating pregnancy and planning for the postpartum time, we are your go-to resource for informational and emotional support. We join you for your labor and stay with you until the babe(s) are born, you are comfortable, and everyone has eaten. The support continues postpartum to help ease the transition into parenting. Everyone's path is unique, and we hope to guide you gently down yours. Virtual support also available, and just as effective as in-person support.
In light of recent world events, our packages have changed to meet the needs of all birthing people, regardless of location. If you’d like in-person support, we service the greater NY Metro area. It’s hard to say what the coming months hold for in-person support in hospitals, so we are happy to talk through options for you. Please get in touch to find the right support for your family!
PACKAGES + INVESTMENT
THIRD EYE: PRENATAL PLANNING SESSION
VIRTUAL CONSULTATION (available globally or in-person in NYC + NJ) - $111 - $222
1 hour virtual session, or 2 hour in-person session to chat through your hopes and dreams for your pregnancy, birth and beyond.
Virtual sessions are 1 hour via Zoom. In-person sessions are 2 hours at your home or we can meet for coffee/tea.
If in NYC + NJ, I can help match you to a care provider (OBGYN or Midwife) who can help execute your ideal birth vision. I’ve actively attended hundreds of births throughout NYC + NJ over the past 10 years in all birth settings — hospitals, birthing centers, and homes! Finding your perfect care provider and building your dream birth team is paramount for your vision to come to fruition. Let’s discover what you desire for your birth and make it happen! PS. It’s NEVER too late to switch providers if you’re not feeling comfortable, confident and safe with them!
HEART: FULL SPECTRUM DOULA CARE
IN-PERSON SUPPORT available in NYC + New Jersey - $4444
Open text/phone/email lines of communication leading up to birth for informational and emotional support, including applicable resources as your pregnancy progresses. This support continues after birth, too!
Up to 3 prenatal sessions to cover specific milestones and plan for the birth and postpartum time. Two will be virtual and one can be in-person. One session will be highly focused on childbirth education!
IN-PERSON birth support on the big day! You can tap in as much as you'd like via text/phone/video in early labor, and when/if it feels right for me to join you, I will come and offer support until your baby is born. I stay a few hours after birth to help with the immediate postpartum time, including meals for all and lactation support.
Lactation/postpartum support continues via phone/text after birth, until you're ready for a virtual mtg or visit at your home. Text support is available for up to 2 months postpartum.
2 postpartum sessions, in-person or virtual, within the first 2 months postpartum.
SOLAR: HYBRID DOULA CARE

SUPPORT NEW DOULAS AS THEY SUPPORT YOU!
I tend to a garden of lovely new doulas that are eager to support you via my MENTORSHIP program. If you’d like to be put in contact with them, please let me know! I’m happy to matchmake you with someone who may be a better fit for your vision and budget. All new doulas are currently based in NYC.
INVESTMENT + PAYMENTS
We realize this is an investment that is not typically covered by insurance, although some are turning a corner with this. At this time, my services are not yet covered by any insurance carrier. However, most FSA/HSA accounts will reimburse for doula services, if you have this type of account. We are happy to provide documents to support this reimbursement.
Doula support fees are usually paid in 2 installments: 50% upon hire and 50% at your 36th week of pregnancy. If you need an extended payment plan, we can arrange this! I’m happy to be flexible!
Returning Clients: Fees may be different now than when we worked together in the past. Please reach out to discuss a fee that feels right for us both!
