This weekend workshop of Childbirth Education + Self Care aims to expand your mind and relax your body. Saturday, we'll gather for a 4-hour childbirth education class led by Anna Cheechov (doula/mentor/mama) that will help you to wrap your minds around the birth experience from beginning to end, and all the possible ways it could go down for you. We will explore all things labor into the immediate postpartum period after baby is born!
On Sunday, we'll explore comfort measures with Shala Konomi (doula & yogi) that you can practice with a partner while still pregnant to help you get a little more comfy as your baby grows and body expands. These same techniques can also be super helpful in labor. After this 1-hour session, we'll split up for some much deserved body/mind treatments. You and your +1 will both have the option of getting a massage, reiki or acupuncture with some of MINKAs finest practitioners. Sign ups for this will take place after registration.
